  4. Cook the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature it should read 130-135 degrees F for medium-rare
  5. While the steaks are cooking, mince 2 cloves of garlic using a chef’s knife and garlic press
  6. Remove the cooked steaks from the skillet and place them on a cutting board to rest Do not clean out the skillet
  7. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and 1 sprig fresh rosemary Stir with a wooden spoon until fragrant, about 1 minute
  8. Add 2 tbsp unsalted butter to the skillet and let it melt, stirring occasionally with wooden spoon
  9. Pour in 1/4 cup red wine into the skillet, scraping up any browned bits from bottom of pan with wooden spoon Allow it to simmer for about 2 minutes until reduced by half
  10. Stir in 1/4 cup beef broth, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, and 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce into wine reduction using whisk until well combined Let it simmer for another minute or two until slightly thickened
  11. Slowly whisk in 1/2 cup heavy cream into saucepan mixture until smooth Allow sauce to simmer for another couple of minutes until it thickens slightly again
  12. Grate in 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese using grater into saucepan mixture and whisk well until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth
  13. Taste sauce and adjust seasoning if needed Remove rosemary sprig from saucepan
  14. Meanwhile, fill a medium saucepan halfway with water and bring to boil over high heat for green beans
  15. Once water is boiling, add trimmed green beans into boiling water
  16. Boil green beans for about 3-5 minutes or until tender-crisp then drain them using colander
  17. Return drained green beans back to empty saucepan off heat
  18. Drizzle cooked green beans with lemon juice then season with salt and pepper according to taste preference
  19. Place rested steaks onto serving plates then pour creamy Parmesan sauce over top each steak evenly
